100% must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation atleast 24 hours prior or your booking will be cancelled automatically and there will be no refund on any advance paid.
Booking against Cheque payment will only be confirmed after the clearance from the bank.
Check-in 1.00 pm and check-out time 11.00 am (Late Check-out at no additional cost strictly on availability until 1.00 pm. Beyond 1.00 pm will be chargeable. Amount increases proportionately. Please confirm your late check-out charges in advance.

Pets are allowed only with prior permission.
House Keeping timings: 9.00 am to 10.30 pm.
NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or enclosed areas. Smoking is permited in all open areas, terraces, balconies
Strictly NO eating inside the pool and any bedrooms or bathrooms
Parking is at owners risk. Management is not responsible for any theft or damage resulting from parking

No firecrackers or colour inside the villa is allowed or in the complex.
Strictly NO Drugs or any illigal substance allowed in or around the villa. Guests will be reported to the local police and will be asked to vacate the villa immediately without any refunds.
Any damage to property intentionally or unintentionally will result in forfeiture of the payment of the damage property.
Extra Person will be charged extra per day with stay and meals incase the guest exceeds more than we mention in receipt.
Any guests misbehaving or using foul language with the staff will not be acceptable and may be asked to leave. Please treat the staff with respect and dignity.
Hookah preparation or smoking will be allowed at the designated area only. Strictly NO Hookahs in the pool.
Strictly NO prostitution or escorts allowed. The local police will be informed immediately. The guests will be asked to leave the villa and there will be no refunds.
We are not responsible for the food and any other services expect accommodation, please ask owner or care taker about it, before check-in.
Booking is only confirmed by receiving the advance payment from the Guest User, Minimum Advance payment will 50% of the total amount decided. every bungalows has different payment criteria please follow particular bungalow details. As you done the advance payment you will receive the Booking receipt slip on your Email id, with booking confirmation.
We also receive cash if it could be possible to do so (within Mumbai city only).
