The Guest is requested to get the check-in and Check-out at the mentioned time in Booking Receipt, If the Guest exceeds the Check-out timing the bungalow owner can charge extra. The check-in & check-out timing can be only extended in case of availability & prior to request only.
If the number of Guests is exceeding as mentioned in Booking Receipt, the bungalow owner will charge an extra person while check-in only.
Our prices are based on the number of adults + children staying at the bungalow. There is no charge for children under 5 years old. If children require an extra bed/mattress, then an extra cost will be applicable. Please specify the ages of the children at the time of travel. Proof of age of children is required while booking to avail discount.
Extra individuals will strictly NOT be allowed within the premises even for a few minutes. The booking is only for the guests who have paid for the facilities and submitted their IDs upon check-in, any extra individual (including children above 5 years) found staying in the Bungalow without our notice, will be charged.
Each and every Bungalow listed on our website, they have its own rules and regulations which are decided by Bungalow owners respectively. These rules & regulations can be checked or asked by the owner while check-in in the bungalow. We are not responsible for any rules & regulations enforcement.
If a guest is not following the rules and regulations, the guest will be solely responsible for it. The Owner has total right to take any kind of action against the guest for their misconduct. We are not responsible for any refunds or decisions over the owner. The owner can ask the guest to leave the bungalow before check-out for its misbehavior. In this case, the guest is not in favor to get a refund.
If Cancellations are done, the advance payment of the booking will not be refunded to you. Please note that our properties are private holiday homes and not hotels with dedicated marketing teams. It is not possible for the owners to accommodate cancellations especially due to the seasonal nature of travel.
Each Bungalow listed on our website has different refund police on the cancellation before 5 days, please ask our agent to help you.
Each and every Bungalow listed here, have its own rules and regulations. Some of the Bungalows allow to carry pets along whereas some don’t. The client must first inquire about the pet to carry.
We are not responsible for the food and any other services except accommodation, please ask the owner or caretaker about it, before check-in.
